Delete your account

You can delete your repRaise account yourself, from inside the app. It takes two taps and is immediate.

In the app

Open repRaise.
Go to the Arena, tap the gear icon to open Settings.
Scroll to Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm twice.

The deletion happens straight away. There is no waiting period and no way back.

What is deleted

Your account and the identity linking it to Apple or Google.
Your entire workout history on our servers — every set, every repetition.
Your coins, your gear and what you had equipped.
Your place and totals on the leaderboard.
The record of your installations.

What is kept, and why

Workouts recorded on your phone stay on your phone. repRaise works with no account at all, so deleting your account does not erase your local training history. To remove that too, uninstall the app.
Records of purchases are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires — but your account identifier is removed from them, so they no longer point to you.

Purchases do not survive deletion. Gear you bought is tied to the account. If you delete it and sign in again later, you can use Restore purchases to get bought items back, because the App Store or Google Play still holds the receipt. Coins and experience cannot be restored — they were earned by that account.

If you cannot use the app

Lost the device, or removed the app before deleting the account? Write to pna.apps@gmail.com from the email address on the account, or tell us the display name and roughly when you signed up. We will verify that it is yours and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm when it is done.
